Delete your account

You can delete your Vicana account and the data linked to it at any time.

Delete your conversations now

In the app, go to Me, then Privacy, then Delete all transcripts. This removes the text of your calls from our servers straight away.

Delete your whole account

Email support@vicana.app with the subject "Delete my account".

• If you added an email to your account, write from that address.
• If you didn't, tell us roughly when you started, which village you chose and the name you used in the app, so we can find your anonymous account.

We delete your account, your transcripts and your usage records within 30 days, and we confirm by email.

Good to know

• Your learning progress is stored on your phone. Deleting the app removes it.
• Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play settings (see Support).
• Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep purchase records as the law requires.
